I spent 10 years
✨Figuring out how to lose weight.
✨Trying out various weight loss program.
✨Read the books and theories I could find.
✨Became picky with ingredients and ways to prepare my meals.
I experiment them till I almost hit menopause.

I love Facebook but it felt old.

Tik Tok ... it is easy to create following, to use but what if it gets banned in January ... So I decided to start with a stable platform like Blue Sky.
