She's gone. My best friend who had been with me thru thick and thin for nearly 26 yrs passed peacefully while in hospice care, with her wife at her bedside, this morning. This app doesn't allow me enough characters to say what I want about her, but she was an amazing human. I'll miss you, Jacquie 😞

In March 2020, I had the BTS rabbit hole to focus on when NYC shut down due to Covid, and I was in the thick of it working as a last responder. Now, six yrs later I have #BTS to focus on while the world is on fire, and my dad is rapidly declining due to Alzheimer's. I'm so thankful for this comeback

So, the US is at war, my father (who is suffering from dementia), just attacked my mother and is now on the way to the ER for evaluation, and my sister who lives closest to them is dealing w/ her own health crisis at the moment. I cannot miss work and am not off again until Thursday. I'm so done.

Her vehicle's right front panel cleared the ICE agent who didn't open fire until after he was at the side of her vehicle. He used deadly force on a fleeing individual, which is against DHS policy. This is murder. He needs to be arrested.
