I'm tired of fighting to have my needs be met. But it's all I know what to do. From debating with myself when I was age 7 to choose between eating a meal right away or waiting, to now, as a legal adult, abandoned by her own family. It was gonna happen anyway. Being transgender was the accelerator.

I'm used to making sacrifices. I moved 9 times in 10 years. In those moves we had to move between varying sizes of apartments, a lot of which were one bed apartments. The bedrooms in those apartments were made feminine bc it was 3 of us (mom, sis, and me, which I didnt mind

I want to continue studying public health so that I can attack the root causes of social and economic issues and solve problems that have to do with poverty. So that others don't have to go through what I did. So that everyone can have healthier lives.
