Oh wow holy fuck.
Mhm that's my body punishing me for doing something non chronically ill people can do with no issue.
Yesterday I had therapy. Came home and showered, did makeup, then took a bus and a metro to see movie with Des and travelled home together.
My body hurts so fucking much.
