The Arizona Fall League rosters are out, and I talked to the position player prospects the White Sox are sending -- Caleb Bonemer, Anthony DePino, Colby Shelton and Grant Magill -- during the final weekend of Birmingham's season before they head to fall ball.

If it's any solace, most starters traded at the deadline haven't impressed with their new teams. It's just that Luis Castillo has been a cut below, and with far more money owed.
