We see a hazy outline of Sindri in the snow, drawn in Holly's mindscape. He says, "How noble." "Perhaps I wrote our little hero off too soon." We cut back to reality where Sindri lightly taps his chin with his index finger and sighs. Holly slides their goggles over their eyes with a huff. Sindri asks, "So what is this gift? A pair of mittens?" Holly scowls, "It's a sword." Sindri flips his fur hood up, covering his round ears. "Hm!" The rat smiles, "Now that's interesting." Sindri lifts his hand slightly, watching the snow fall. "Do you know where it is? Holly freezes up, thinking "I-" They hesitate, only to frown and fidget with their mittens, "I'm not telling you." Sindri's hand swoops up and lands on Holly's head with a firm pat. He lets out a loud guffaw, "Bwohaha! Attaboy Holly!" The little snowman is stunned by the sudden sound and touch. They immediately reach up to push Sindri's paw away. The camera pulls back into the trees as Sindri laughs, "Here I thought you couldn't keep a secret!" Iron Prince runs through the harsh snowfall, a metal speck in a sea of white.

the humble snowfolk
species notes of the snowman people native to Holidahlia's Frozalto region. First a snowman is born as a snowball with twig limbs. Then they're built into a proper small snowkid with stumpy legs and only two snow segments. The adults have almost entirely made of snow with stone buttons and eyes. They're taller, wider and have 3 segments. Elderly snowfolk are worn from freezing and thawing for ages. Ice build up hardens their joints.

I miss the days from before so much. I want them back. They weren't perfect but the internet was so much more human.

goatman
doodle of a winged goat monster with bright glowing eyes and a wisp floating above his head he roars "Run, scream! I will feast on your heart. Your flesh is mine!!" doodle of Porter looking over his shoulder wearing ragged red cloth over his face. He says "Stay here." heavily referencing burlap sack wearing Jason from friday the 13th various scribbles of a much more composed goatman wearing overalls and a striped shirt. He smiles. And apparently loves trains. Sketch of Porter the goatman talking to Robyn from cryptid crush. He's dressed in ragged cloth and a red rag mask. Despite his haggard appearance Porter says he wants to ride the Bernina express through the swiss alps one day and pick tulips. Robyn thinks it's cute.

Finished with the big boy! This one is a bit moody, because it's autumn, and I was listening to "Good Charlotte - I don't wanna be in love" (it just gives me melancholic vibes). Anyway, it's such a pleasure to draw Oz again (Oz is from @cryptidcrush.com and belongs to @squidinu.bsky.social ).
