so according to the CDC, *foodborne illness* is responsible for about 930 deaths a year. "food-induced illness" is a made up term RFK is using for basically every cause of mortality minus suicide.

This reinstatement happened for one reason: a union contract. She was brought back against managements wishes because she won the highest level of the grievance procedure, arbitration. This is how you can take the power back from people like Jeff Bezos: form a union.

Spiderman as a critique of capitalism where the hero spends his time saving people despite being unable to save himself from the crushing pressures of a capitalist system
MCU Spider-Man films just never going to reach the level of Spider-Man 2’s genuine sincerity or what the character properly represents as this poor kid trying to juggle saving people, but can barely save himself paying monthly rent; so I just am personally never interested to watch any of them.
