My most sincere gratitude to you Jace :), thanks for the kind words and I am so happy you had a good time at AWU. Looking forward to seeing you next year I hope!
It has been such a busy week since returning from #AWU2026 that I never found the time to write up my open letter recap of the convention! It’s a good thing the memories I make at that wonderful convention stay with me long after I come back to SoCal.

So this is pretty insane. I blew past my end-of-year goal with four months to spare, and a younger version of myself is jumping for joy at what we've accomplished.
I'm still finding my voice, but so far I've had fun and made things I'm proud of, which were my only goals :)

Another batch uploaded!
Man, editing takes way longer than I would hope. It's gonna take a while to chip away at all the pictures I got. But hopefully uploading them in batches helps ease the anticipation 🦊

Honored to have been a small part of this project and proud to see how far my friends have gone with it! Always a pleasure to have you at AWU ^w^
I still can't believe that only two years after our first concert (at AWU), where we only decided less than a month before the performance to form the group, that Paws and Effect have now written or performed over 50 songs/parodies and will be performing our 10th Main Stage show next month!

That's a wrap on #AWU2026 !
This was the smoothest year AV has ever had. Many kudos go to my wonderful team for making it happen. You guys are seriously amazing!
This is the coolest stage we've ever had, and I'm excited to see what we come up with next year!
Thanks to all who came to the con <3

Genuinely the most magical set I've ever gotten to play, paws-down. Glad you could make it :)
As usual, I do have photos I want to share of the performances. These shots are from @skyeisthelimit.bsky.social @pawsandeffectband.com and @stagemarten.ekova.net's shows/sets.
I loved AWU and will try my hardest to return next year.

Wrapped up my Basin season yesterday, AWU load in begins this week. After all is said and done, I will have worked all but four days this month.
Ready for a more relaxed August 🙃

Google be like: "Oh hey. I know I've asked you for your password every three days. And your computer and network has been the same the whole time. And nothing weird is going on. But f*k you, sign in again."

So just fyi "were you at [con from almost a year ago]? What happened with [technical glitch that occurred during a moment of high stress]?" as an icebreaker question doesn't make me want to talk to you

Surrounded, yet vacant.
Aloft, but alone.
The lone marten wanders
In search of a home.
To fit in wherever,
'neath blistering sun.
A jack of all trades
but a master of none.

So my issue is that paying bills this morning required no less than 12 one-time codes across 6 different platforms and that's really annoying :(
