It has taken some time and a lot of help from others, but I finally finished my first model!! The rig isnt perfect, its quite rough around the edges, but its enough to be able to pose and potentially animate Val-14!

This has been a pain, but also an absolute joy to learn. sadly this is now valia's older iteration of their design but this will make a great learning experience for me!

the moment DLSS stops being about pixel counts and becomes about injecting lighting and other artistic details that were not intended to begin with is the moment i'm out dude. felt like it was only a matter of time given NVIDIA but it feels truly dire as someone who has otherwise enjoyed DLSS.
