This year is kicking my butt. With that said, I had my first kitchen dance party in my new place to tonight’s Free. It was super cathartic and moved a bunch of energy that needed to shift. Moving sucks. Uncoupling sucks. Kitchen dance parties whilst unpacking and listening to phish do not suck.

One of my favorite things to do is watch the Carolina Tarheels play the Duke (is puke) Blue Devils I love it even more when the Tarheels are winning! Let’s go Tarheels!!! 🏀⛹️ (just taught the ole jingle- Duke is puke, Wake is fake, the team I hate is NC State to Libs. She loves it)

Wondering what data is showing regarding pizza orders around key government buildings in the dc area are this evening? Not something I would’ve used to pay attention to but alas have to be alert to these types of things in the year 2026.
