There’s some nerd on here whining about DSA LB seizing the zeitgeist on fare free busing and opposition to speed cameras. Truly inspiring to see someone in 2026 holding on to a demonstrably failed project like neoliberalism like an imperial Japanese soldier on some remote pacific island in 1949.

Thinking about how if not for Camp Pendleton I could easily bike from my house to San Diego county along the Pacific (almost) entirely in protected bike lanes. Yet another reason we need to end imperialism.
