Having been a regular customer of the original incarnation of Virgin Trains, “outstanding customer experience” isn’t *quite* the phrase I’d choose. Still, it’s nice to know that from 2030 rail travellers will once again be able to say they came on a Virgin.

The death penalty is barbaric, and morally indefensible, and has no place in any civilised country. So of course the USA is planning to livestream an execution.
