On Friday, the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel released an opinion finding that the federal statute that bars licensed gun dealers from selling handguns to people between the ages of 18 and 20 is unconstitutional.

There’s no asterisk on the 1st Amendment to the Constitution that says that a free press must *report fairly and to the satisfaction of the President. Because that’s not freedom of the press.
