If you have a basic grasp of the difference between truth & delusion, Digger is a beautiful film for the ages. I'm a BIG Kubrick fan & this certainly pulls no punches in the sense of pandering to or pleasing the audience. It's authentic & real. The best Tom Cruise performance since Tropic Thunder. 💙

His name was Mentor. He might have been Athena in disguise. He had wise eyes. Athena's eyes. He was the first to realise Odysseus was still alive in the temple. Every tiny side character feels so well developed & fleshed out. The characters in The Odyssey are so relatable. It's a crazy great movie.

Leia's parental model was trying to foster the potential of the kid. She thought Luke would be able to reach Ben. Han barely knew his Father but related to him via owning a Corellian YT-1300 light freighter. Han's Father helped build these ships when Han was young. He didn't know how to be a Father.
