Today I remembered my watch has a little flashy light. Still, the pickup driver only noticed me at the last second while he was stopped at a stop sign and I thought I was fine to go.

Sacramento: Here's a protected bike lane. Also, fuck you, it's a half flooded gutter (hard to see as I was a little ways past it before I turned around to get a picture in annoyance, but lots of standing water from irrigation). Can't imagine what this will be like when the rains come.
