I recently found out a part of my family came over on the Mayflower. I have to say. I am truly sorry! I knew my family, like lt. Dan, had faught in all the major wars that the usa has been in, I for years thought it was a reason of pride, I still think that. But, 1/2

So, the voters in Virginia, the state that the very first president came from. A president that owned slaves. Refused being a dictator. Decided that the voters don't matter cause what the obviously political supreme court ruiling made all the fucking racists to gerrymandering their states.

In the military, ROE (rules of engagement) may change based on situations, but they are always worded plainly and exactly. I wonder if federal agents are given ROE? I'd assume they are, but clearly, their ROE is based on escalation and not deescalation.

I'm binge watching "James May Toy Stories" tonight. So, so good! Sure, the British have some weird names for toys, but come on! Building a full sized Lego house? Who hasn't dreamed of that? Sure, the insulation would be crap and it would probably leak without super glue, but come on!

So it's now the 3rd. You know what that means? It's 2 days after vets that get disability checks, like myself and others I know, would have gotten their checks. Guess what WE didn't get? Yep, our checks! FUCK THIS GOVERNMENT! WE ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT AND THEY ARE RENIGGING ON THAT CONTRACT!

In Fond Du Lac Wi, a while man threatened a black neighbor with a gun over being asked to move his truck. What people don't realize is Fond Du Lac has a loooooong history of racism and bigotry! Many towns and cities in Wi either were or still are sundowns.

After my years serving in uniform, I never thought a single political party would erode the very thing that put them in power just to keep the power. And that's after many, many years studying history. From the Weimar Republic to the fall of the Soviets. I've studied it and I still didn't see it.

A small town near where I live has announced they will allow their 3 (yes 3) police officers to be involved with ICE. The PD gets $10,000 initially and $7,000 for each arrest. It's truly disgusting!

Sickening behavior by this agent. The fact that Mayor Adams has rolled out the red carpet for ICE is a stain on our city.
I was back at 26 Federal Plaza today, where an ICE agent violently threw this bereft woman to the ground in front of her kids. She had not touched him. She did not pose any threat. She had to be taken to the hospital. (🎥: Elias Eliahu)

Most nights, I make something based on the menu for my shift meal (mainly reubens, or fried shrimp). Tonight, I wanted French toast, not on the menu, but we have everything to make it. Other times, I've made okinamiyaki. Both are good. Sometimes, it's nice being a chef.
