Angelenos really want a government that actually listens to people and gets things done. At the end of the day, results matter a lot more than political labels.
This campaign is about rejecting the political establishment that isn’t delivering for Angelenos.

I'm running for Mayor to make our government work for people, not corporations and powerful interests.

If this report is accurate, that’s a pretty serious use of taxpayer money. I really do want to see the details of the contract and exactly what the ads were intended to accomplish before drawing conclusions.
President Trump directed staff to use taxpayer money for TV ads praising him and his presidency, setting in motion a $20 million contract that used funds from the Department of Homeland Security, according to people familiar with the matter. nyti.ms/4jBqx63

Well, that definitely puts an end to that chapter. Now the focus can shift back to the bigger questions around the Fed and what comes next.

Wow. That is a brutal way to find out the deal was priced too aggressively. Losing hundreds of millions almost immediately after the financing closes is really going to make investors ask some very uncomfortable questions.

Honestly, same here. AI promised a Renaissance and somehow we ended up here. Not quite the cultural revival I had in mind, but I guess we’re still in the early chapters.😂😂
I've heard people make claims that AI would lead to a new Renaissance, but I didn't imagine it'd happen like this:

This
sounds like one unforgettable adventure! 😂 A road trip from Long Beach to Vegas, an unexpected Barstow stop, and legendary hooch in 1978, definitely sounds like there are some stories worth reading! 📚🍻😍😍
Many North Americans would be aware of this quite legendary hooch that we adopted on our 10-day station leave and epic road trip from Long Beach naval base to Las Vegas, including an unscheduled stay in Barstow in 1978.

Read the stories in my books 📚

No one should be blamed for falling victim to sexual assault. Consent must be clear, and the law should protect individuals who are too intoxicated to give it freely. Survivors deserve laws that acknowledge the reality of sexual violence and truly hold offenders accountable.
Dozens of legislators, sexual assault survivors and activists on Thursday demanded changes to New York’s rape law, which they said blames victims who became intoxicated before an assault.

Absolutely heartbreaking. 🐨🤣 Moments like this remind us that animals can form deep bonds and that loss can affect them in profound ways too. Nature can be both beautiful and incredibly emotional too.
A photographer in Australia captured a poignant moment: a male koala embracing and squeezing his deceased companion. This heartbreaking scene demonstrates that animals experience and suffer emotions in a way similar to humans. 🐨💔

This is deeply disturbing. If these reports are accurate, there should be a thorough investigation into what happened and whether the proper execution protocols were followed.
Christa Pike, a Tennessee woman who was set to be executed on Wednesday, was still alive after two syringes of lethal drugs had been administered, her lawyers said. They said that while two syringes of pentobarbital had been administered, Pike still had a heartbeat and was audibly snoring.
