Doing push-ups while upside down, using his full weight as his benchmark for what he's pushing. It's really nothing when you compare it to the behemoths he's always beating up and tossing around, but it's still something to train with!

Currently out for a jog; maintaining his proper degree of athleticism required doing a lot of exercise. If he slacks for even a moment, he could fail when it matters most. Catching criminals, prey, and outrunning enemies was a necessity.
And also being ready to run with Hope if trouble comes.
