seeing some posts around about Dusklight being an ai port, i'd appreciate it if people stopped spreading misinfo or taking various discord messages out of context. Dusklight does not rely on ai, and is stated as such in the readme. any third-party fork/mod that uses ai is unrelated to us

Somebody asked me on Reddit why people who use AI to generate Recomp projects are currently being rejected from the communities and what they can do to fix this.
I might tweak parts of this to be a more general blog post at some point, but this should be of help to anyone in a similar situation.

it's been about a month since Dusklight release, it's been great seeing people play it and make cool mods! pretty crazy seeing streamers and vtubers i follow enjoying something i helped make lol
we still got a lot of cool stuff cooking, including rando. more updates coming soon!
