Hi, new folks! I'm an indie author of paranormal romances about Black lesbians healing from their pasts. My current WIP is an erotic horror novel.

I started my publishing journey with short stories and poetry. My debut novel THE FALL THAT SAVED US is a winner of the 2023 Indie Ink Award.
An illustrated book cover featuring two Black figures posed like Michelangelo's painting The Creation of Adam. At the top of the cover, a horned succubus with wings reaches towards a haloed woman with braids. The angelic woman is dressed in white and holds a dagger in her right hand. Illustration by Syd Mills (@vetyyr) An illustrated book cover featuring a background of silvery slender trees. On the right, a Black woman with short bleached hair wears an oversized leather jacket. Her eyes shine red as she meets the devoted gaze of the red wolf on her left. One hand gently holds the wolf's chin. The other is placed reverently on the wolf's mouth. The title text A WOLF STEPS IN BLOOD is set in a mysterious, sharp serif. Illustration and design by Northyme

MY FOURTH BOOK IS OUT TODAY 🩸🖤

OUR CRIMSON CAGE is great if you like sapphic books that forgot about the men, stories structured around fuck/marry/kill, and toxic dykes (and you don't have to take my word for it)

Get your copy today <3
links in next post (I ran out of space)
The cover of OUR CRIMSON CAGE with repeating Available Now behind it Cover art by Mitch Green, cover design by Jun TN; it's got a scary blue lady hovering her clawed hands over a flaming skull ebook available from major retailers, payhip, and itch paperbacks available from major retailers and signed in my square shop QUOTES FROM EARLY READERS thrilling to read deliciously feminine and unapologetically raw weird, sexy, gay, and extremely uncomfortable /pos a gothic fever dream; a decadent dessert delightfully nasty disgustingly debauched, erotically charged, and vampirically blood-soaked one of the sharpest historical takes on Carmilla Like NOSFERATU, but make it sapphic Everything a lesbian vampire tale should be breathtakingly dark in the same league as the Coppola Dracula and Eggers' Nosferatu for "relentlessly horny and filthy vampire adaptations"

You can really feel this prose poem in your bones, well, specifically in your teeth. It is a poem about chronic fatigue as told through a metaphor of teeth. The poem very deftly sets up the simple …

A favorite recent read is EXHIBIT by R. O. Kwon. Snappy, luminous prose weaves a story about two sapphic artists—a photographer and a ballet dancer—who meet at a party and disrupt each other's lives. I loved this exploration of kink & Christianity & how Jin chronicled her loss of faith through art.
The book cover of EXHIBIT by R. O. Kwon. The title is set in a white sans serif atop a minimalist close-up photograph of a pale body mid-turn. Black paint streaks down the figure's back.

Writers, please don’t use genAI to create illustrations either. Support human artists.

If you like visual prompts, collecting oracle and tarot decks is a fantastic way to combine this support for art into your writing practice.

I'm here again to say this in regard to gen AI in the arts. My issue with LLMs is multi-pronged. It is built off of stolen work. Everytime one uses it, it supports billionaires who want to gain control of the arts and take it from the hands of writers and artists.

Also it is killing the planet.

LibroFM has a bunch of books discounted, BUT ALSO linking your account to an indie bookstore (either local or a long-distance relationshop) sends some of the sale their way instead of Bezzy Boy 🖤

also, ALL THE HEARTS YOU EAT is part of the sale. Ends Dec 2nd 🫀
