MAGA influencer Andrew Tate was charged with making and distributing CSAM alongside possessing extreme pornography depicting a woman having sex with a live horse and an eel.

The MAGA right has spent years hailing this sick predator as their hero. Deplorable enablers.

Just a reminder: Tillis persuaded the woman Hegseth allegedly raped to come forward with her story, and told her that if she did, it would sink the nomination.

She did. At great risk to herself. Tillis then cast the deciding vote for Hegseth.

Because he’s a goddamned coward.

Among the more notable documents is a redacted version of a report produced by Cornell’s disciplinary hearing panel.

It sheds additional light on the university’s investigation and summarizes the panel’s findings.

On the one hand, it’s comforting to know that Americans aren’t uniquely stupid, voters everywhere have skulls filled with mush and worms. On the other hand, global fascism is probably not an ideal state of affairs.
Brazil looks over and like Bolsonaro's definitely winning the runoff. Some crazy flips too.

Michael Tracey published what he said was the ID of the "Jane Doe" in the Cornell case. Then he took it down, claiming he just wanted to make a point and didn't want to see harm to the person he named.

What he hasn't admitted is that he mistook info on a sketchy site for official NY court records.

It was taken down after Zeteo reached out.

Experts say they’d never seen something like this before.

Rules bar members from lobbying and from using campaign funds for non-campaign purposes.

“No they really believe it” is a way better heuristic for understanding political actors than “they are on the take” 9 times out of 10.

Sometimes beliefs are downstream of materialism and political economy. But these relationships are more complicated than “bribes”
AIPAC is bad for a whole host of reasons but I get annoyed by people who blame it for politicians support of Israel. The much more obvious explanation is that the median primary voter is 150 years old and thinks that Egypt still is one more war away from wiping Israel off the face of the map.

Can we go back to this part of the Schmitt poster: at best, what were these texts supposed to show or prove? i thought they’d be some mention of the Hawkeyes, however dumb they’d have been, but no, not even that. You couldn’t make them more boring if you tried.

1. Schmitt plans to drop “bombshell” on Smith

2. Someone plants story that Schmitt is a Vance VP contender to run same day

3. Right-wing Twittersphere gets talking points

4. Schmitt steps in it

5. Scheduled tweets go out anyway
