Two weeks ago, the number was $100m. Today it's $200m.

That would put him over half a billion to buy the government in just 3 years.

Elon Musk Is Expected to Point His Money Machine at Texas
Sources tell WIRED that Elon Musk is expected to spend up to $200 million in the midterms. It could be a big boost for GOP Senate candidate Ken Paxton, who’s struggled to raise cash.

Elon was never gone, and every outlet that repeated his claims and acted as if he were somehow going to stop funding far-right attacks on democracy owes us all an apology.
NEW: Elon Musk has assembled a presidential-level field operation this midterm cycle, underscoring the extent to which he has taken over the get-out-the-vote effort for the Republican party.

WIRED's tracking his America PAC funding efforts here -

as you read the insane campaign fundraising numbers dropping today please recall that currently Elon Musk is personally responsible for about 1 in every 20 dollars spent on behalf of Republicans nationwide in 2026; I wouldn’t be surprised if when the dust settles that number is as high as 1 in 10

Musk knows he's toxic; so he's now *trying* to be an invisible hand of power, rather than dancing on stage w/a cheesehead on.

Today's filing: in the last 24 hours, Elon's super PAC added $4,513,280.22 in new spending.

Fully $3.94 million of that went to Texas Senate.

Musk's super PAC alone has now spent $22,719,081.92 against @jamestalarico.bsky.social
Do you like Friday night news dumps? In the last 24 hours Elon dumped another $4,082,655.01 into GOP campaigns.

Sad news for Mike Rogers tho. Elon must be disappointed in Mike's debate performance. He added big $ to dozens of races, but not a single dollar in this batch for Mike. Too bad, so sad 😢

Elon's Super PAC has spent $5,949,984 to boost Mike Rogers so far. Michigan voters deserve to know whose agenda Mike Rogers will vote for.
Folks in Marquette, MI know what's up! "Screw YOU ELON!"

Lovely sounds outside of @abdulelsayed.bsky.social's event with @aoc.bsky.social. El-Sayed's opponent Mike Rogers has taken nearly $6 million from Elon Musk.

Back in July, Rogers told supporters he would protect Musk from investigations.

The largest GOP donor is interfering in Ukraine to benefit Vladimir Putin and Russia's brutal war.

Maybe Republican candidates should be asked if they support that?
NEW: Ukrainian troops were caught off guard by restrictions on Starlink satellite internet systems that disrupted frontline operations, as Kyiv received no advance warning from its partners of a Russian missile attack on its energy facilities for the second day running, Ukrainian officials tell me.

Can’t Allow Elon Musk the Power to Intervene in Wars

No individual should be able to disrupt military ops like Musk did with Ukraine’s.

I wrote that when he did it in 2023. Was told the problem was contract rules.

Nope. Happened again. The problem is too much power, esp for an enemy of democracy.

The billionaire’s interference in Ukrainian military operations shows he’s a national security risk. No private citizen should have that much power.
