We all have to start somewhere. On my nature walk yesterday, I was able to ID 10 different plants. Many were common plants but it made me so happy to confidently ID them.

Mindfulness goal for this week:find the quiet moments. I enjoyed the simple process of making my vegan breakfast. Summer goal is eat vegan as much as possible. Make time for the quiet. #mindful

I preemptively block my coworkers on social media. We already spend 40 hours a week together. I don't need more interaction with them outside of work.
