Think what people are missing with Gakpo is they view him as the talent and not the profile. Whoever they bring it may not be of the same level (top end premier league production) but they’ll be a much cleaner fit into Iraola’s puzzle

Can’t believe the amount of anti-Sarr noise there is online. Think he makes so much sense.
Big caveat is he isn’t a right sided player anymore so assuming this isn’t what they view him as (predominantly).

Excellent business from Villa to get Manzambi in at a reasonable fee and then ship out Rodgers at peak price. Think you can make a case they’ve upgraded and given themselves financial breathing room

Tel not fancied by Roberto. Deal definitely there to be done, even a loan would suit both parties. Could be the 6th forward option until Hugo’s back up and running.
With how much business they’ve done Tottenham may well be willing dance partners in the market. With that in mind #lfc could do worse than a deal for one of their many out of favour forwards. Tel, Oderbert, Kudus all versatile and could fill out a rotation for what we can assume will be ok £

Bit surprised how visceral the anti-Dumfries crowd has been. Full back market is a mess right now and in a summer where additions are needed a starting calibre player at a cheap RL would have been a sensible solution. Older but don’t think that’s a bad thing with how much leadership has departed.

Think Liverpool would be wise to explore selling Szoboszlai this summer. 2 years left on his contract. Will be asking for top end money on an extension. With Wirtz set to occupy the central play maker role don’t think there’s a huge need for his profile in one of the holding roles.
