This is the first time I've seen White Ibises in the nearby swamp. I've seen Glossy Ibises there in the past (seldom). There were a group of seven (?) Whites, including that darker juvenille in the background.

The birds aren't holding up their end of the bargain.

Years ago I bought a net to keep them from eating the berries. That seems silly now. I am trying to encourage visitation.
