Lots of drum-forward post rock on these two tracks. It is pushing boundaries and chaotic but I struggled to find meaning.

The cover for the "Most Deaf" 7" by 1994! which I thought was not great. It is a close-up photo of a mouth with a tooth missing. There are a couple extra whitish lines one above and one below the lips that could be dental implements or a string or something? There's a very light overlay for most of the image and the record title and band name are in a slightly lighter overlay in a bold all caps sans serif font that is widely spaced across the bottom lip of the person. It's just a mouth but it is kind of unsettling.

The cover of the Too Tired To Drive Home 7" by Atari, which I thought was not great. It is a black and white cover set up in sort of five vertical stripes. The left-most stripe is maybe a sliver of a hardcore crowd shot but hard to see before the second stripe takes over with a torn white paper edge and that paper has a well-used drumstick on it. The next stripe is just black with the band name in a graffiti-ish font stretching horizontally a little bit outside of the black. The final strip has the record name in a small typewriter font, one word per line and the bottom half is the top of a picture from a house show with the band all crammed together and mostly cutoff by the edges.

The cover for the record Bled Dry by Araby, which I thought was not great. It is a sepia tone image of a car from the 50s-60s tilted at an angle. The car has a wide license plate with maybe Arabic numbers on it and a janky grille above that. Other details are fuzzy and there is basically no background to decipher any other clues about the location from. The band name is in the bottom lower corner in a dark slightly transparent script font.

The box cover for the game Mario Party 3, which I think is fine. It is a standard N64 game box with the red translucent banner on the right with the top "folded" down to reveal the N64 logo. In the red banner it has white icons for the rumble pak, 1-4 players, and the ESRB rating of E. The game title is in a kind of wood block font with painted, red/green/blue faces with black borders. A purple checkered border 3-D rounded cube is just under the word party and shows the number 3. That cube is also being punched from below by a giant Mario jumping up from a gameboard that also has a ton of other characters, coins, and stars on it. To Mario's right is Bowser looking mean, a little Toad just above him, and a Bob-Omb. To Mario's left is Yoshi, Peach, Lakitu, Donkey Kong, Luigi, and Wario. Wario is punching a different block with icons of a scary face, a star, and a green blob.

The arcade banner for the game Galaga, which I thought was pretty good. It is a black banner placed on a black square background. On the black background of the banner is a white backgrounded shape with a thick green border with narrow red lines bordering the green. The shape is sort of rectangular with the left and right edges actually being sharp angles made from intersecting curves. The game title is in the same green as the border and a darker green split horizontally to look semi-metallic with a black/orange/red border. The font is a thick script with pointy angles like serifs. A laser blast being shot from off the top of the banner hits the middle a on top. "By Midway licensed from Namco" appears in the white below the title, some copyright stuff is in the bottom left, and "a Bally co." is in the bottom right. Pretty simple design.

The box cover for the game Thunder Force II, which I thought was fine. It is a classic Sega Genesis box cover with the angular genesis logo at the top and the black graph paper background at the bottom with the game title in a blue metallic all caps half square/half brush stroke sans serif font and the II is in red metallic. Below that it reads "16-Bit cartridge for use with the sega genesis video entertainment system" in a white all caps sans serif font. The main image is of a futuristic fighter jet attacking some kind of airport that doesn't seem to be defending itself? The jet is viewed in third person with the jet exhaust pointing towards the viewer and is black and kind of bulbous, shooting blue lasers from five turrets near the middle and front. Three lasers end in explosions and two go off the sides of the image. The airport/base below is in a desert valley with two runways that have a few planes on them and the airport main building is sort of round and flying saucer shaped with a low trapezoidal walled structure below.

The main image is of a female presenting person (Aloy) standing by a tree and pulling back the string on a bow while a very large robotic dinosaur lurks in the background. The robot dinosaur (a Thunderjaw) has two legs, a long tail, a weapon attached to its side, and is crouching down to look at Aloy with glowing blue eyes between four mandibles and two side mounted machine guns. Aloy looks determined and the wind tosses her long red hair back and ruffles the edges of her tribal-like outfit. The bow she pulls back is made of metal parts and stands out from the grassy outcroppings in the image. Tense!

Speaking of white, the white folks across the bottom, based on appearance, are a young girl holding a mop vertically and maybe launching a chicken into the air, an old lady yelling at the viewer with arms spread wide, a middle aged man with a moustache and holding a garden hose vertically, a young child holding a cup of coffee, an old man holding a plunger probably launching a tiny businessman into the air over the british cop with a large moustache cowering in fear, a large man looking up with arms wide open, a young man wearing two hats next to a happy but derpy looking sheep, a person lying sick in bed, a chimney sweep holding their broom aloft, and the baldest of all the white guys in pajamas shouting with glee. All the dudes are mostly bald with moustaches and all the ladies are stereotypically female, I think.

The game title takes up all of the left half and most of the bottom half in giant blocky font with only dots for the interior bits, a thick pink border, and little shadow lines in the bottom right of each letter. Ms. Pac-Man herself sits atop the M of "man" and reclines like a 50's pinup model due to the fact that, inexplicably, she has shapely arms and legs, two heavily eye-shadowed eyes, strong blushed cheekbones, and full lipsticked lips. Her pink bow is holding back some hair and her blue shoes exist for some reason. A pink and slightly hairy or ragged ghost looks up from the bottom right corner enthusiastically. The logo for Midway and Bally appear between them.
