I see AI creating value when it is tied to real processes, not isolated use cases. That is why I focus on agentic orchestration.

In practice, it gives organizations a way to connect AI to systems, decisions, and workflows with more control and less improvisation.

In my first project the devs were so used to fixing prod that testing barely felt like real work to them. Shipping meant patching what broke and moving on to the next fire.

That was the first time where I knew consulting fits me. I liked not only writing code but helping teams work in a better way.

I keep coming back to the same point: staging is not overhead, it is how you make acceptance less random.

The interesting part is usually not the BPMN model itself, but the gap between model, runtime, and what is actually deployed where. Check out my latest post.

I’ve seen a lot of payload shaping workers that do nothing but turn a document into the data an API expects.

If you’re doing this in Camunda, intrinsic functions are worth a look because they keep that transformation close to the input.

I keep seeing Camunda webhook validation logic slowly turn into an unreviewable mess over time. Writing FEEL by hand works, until it quietly becomes the contract itself 😅
