Hey crew! Makeup was such a fun thing to do before a͓͓̽̽l͓͓̽̽l͓̽ ͓̽o͓͓̽̽f͓̽ ͓̽t͓͓̽̽h͓͓̽̽i͓͓̽̽s͓̽, and now it's to cost prohibitive for me as an independent designer to continue this venture. At least while tariffs, etc are making it so that indie artists can't afford to do things like this.

Sitting as I am in Minnesota, things actually were much worse than most people predicted. And likely will be again. 
This line from Ross Douthat’s final NYT column is something you see all the time from the soft-MAGA right. Sure, Trump’s *most* alarmist critics weren’t correct, but that’s basically true of every president. Trump’s *median* critic did in fact predict his presidency pretty accurately.

We started speech therapy and OT this week and little dude is doing great. He has so much fun there and they are so sweet with him.
Then we followed it up with going to the sculpture garden with my cousin. It was nice to let him run free after it's been so hot this summer.
