I set up a self hosted sync plugin for my Obsidian. Took me like 20 minutes, including a stupid mistake in the nginx config. I should have done this way earlier.

The hotel I am staying in had all the pool chairs reserved by guests in the early morning, so they made an announcement that they will start to remove any unoccupied towels.
Now I see tons of grumpy tourists sitting on their towels to protect them 😂

A few years ago I read the entirety of Harry Potter to my fiancé because she had a very stressful period in her life and had trouble falling asleep. Since then I have retired and am now being replaced by audio books 😂

Over the course of the last year I have switched all my hardware to Apple and I don’t regret it one second. Really grew out of Windows/Android.

I really forgot how much I like long form content. It feels very good to take a break from all the short form attention seeking things around us and spend time with an actual book.
