I think it's really funny that Disney invested the money into substantially upgrading the Hyperion Theater's stage and then proceeded to do literally nothing with it after the Rogers musical.

If I want a backpack, socks, underwear, or razorblades I have to press the button to summon the (usually pissed off) walmart employee, but if I want to buy one of several hatchets or axes I can just grab that off the shelf like it's nothing. Look I get why stores do this...

I want to see Disney make more movies like Muppet Treasure Island and the Muppet Christmas Carol again. Like there's no reason we can't have muppet retellings of some of the best stories known to human history.

Had a pretty crappy day but coyote vs acme was actually a very good highlight. Go see the movie, it’s worth seeing in theaters

Look I know that this would NEVER happen, but Disney could literally just drop Body Wars into Disneyland's new Tomorrowland with minimal changes to the queue and call it a modern "Adventure Thru Inner Space" inspired move and I'd be happy enough with that

I keep thinking back to my teenage and young adult years when theme park forums still seemed to be pretty active and lament that that community seems to have faltered a bunch. We need to bring theme park communities back somehow, I refuse to let that dream die

One of my irrational pet peeves in regards to theme park stuff is when people call the Galaxy's Edge coke bottles "THERMAL DETONATORS". They do NOT look anything like thermal detonators and are clearly just meant to be weird scifi looking bottles

I’m still upset that velocicoaster was closed when I went to universal Orlando like two years ago. It was the sole reason I bought a park hopper and I wound up only riding Spider-Man at IOA just to feel like I got value

I'll give credit where credit is due: The cars mini land/ride going into the Magic Kingdom looks pretty good and tasteful for the surrounding area. I'm still always going to be bummed that they had to bulldoze the Rivers of America for that because those kinds of quiet attractions are so needed.

I want to go back to the world pre-generative AI. I’m so fucking tired of opening a video and it has a shitty ai voice or open a short and it’s some AI garbage. Everything I see come out of the tech is just the most lowest common denominator low effort garbage

Every so often when I'm bored I'll just draw up some outline for an elaborately themed restaurant that I know will never get built. Casa Bonita was that much of a life changing experience for me that it's made me lament that the next closest thing we have to that as a society is the Rainforest Cafe
