it's almost climate week so thinking of this again
went to a climate week comedy show last night where two comedians complained about UN Climate Week traffic, one bragged about finding a parking spot and another kept trying to do crowd work about what kind of car everyone owned

Was great to talk to Tim about the scourge of announcement noise pollution on NY transit.
It not only causes travelers to tune out potentially important information and makes travel harder for the visually impaired and those who don't speak English as a first language, but also disrespects riders.
