Just watched a video where a flock employee installing a camera called the cops on an investigative journalist for taking pictures/video of the install. Supposedly feared for his safety from being captured on video.

With respect to the police chief, APD doing its “due diligence” and “getting it right” would have looked like asking for permission to use Flock, not trying to force justifications after the fact and asking for forgiveness.

Planning on Saturday Aug 15 as next #DRBC. Will have some favorite foods from our travels to Hawai’i—kalua pork, Mac salad, and maybe a veggie poke (watermelon, it’s actually good). Feel free to bring something food wise. Will also likely feature our favorite island rum, Kōloa Rum Co.
