I had a little bit of difficulty writing this because the question "should a higher court overrule a lower court's administrative stay in a way that lets the appellee kill the appellant while the lower court is still reading the briefs" felt like a silly question. And yet.
"If the Court will not treat capital cases with the care they deserve, the American people should ensure that it can no longer stop other courts from doing so."

How is it not news when the president nods off in public meetings and press conferences dozens of times? If you follow independent media, you see it and know about it. But why hasn’t CBS, NBC or ABC showed a montage of it on their evening news? They simply refuse to ever show it.
