Bibi dragged Trump into the war because the one thing Israel can't do on its own is regime change. For that boots on the ground is needed, and Israel can't be the one to do that. So they put in place a gambit, hoping that once in, Trump would go for the who enchilada. Instead he got TACO.

I love watching baseball (Yankees). I love the slower pace, compared to other sports. I find it relaxing. And I think a well turned double play is one of the most beautiful things in sports. Ballet like. As is a lot of the defensive play.

🧵I spent the last 3 weeks in Israel. Always good to be there, war and all. Had to deal with some sirens, but was never in any danger. Was there for Passover. Wish I could say it felt special being there for that, but I’d be lying. Probably a me thing. It was nice to go, and nice to come back.
