Early copies of Super Mario Sunshine had several bugs, including a fatal memory leak that would not only cause the Chucksters to throw Mario into our dimension, but it would, more importantly, IRREPARABLY BREAK the GameCube. This was patched in subsequent copies.

In Angry Birds, there was originally going to be an extra bird named Long Bird. However, smartphones at the time could not support his jiggle physics and thus had to be removed due to him significantly reducing frame rates and sometimes overheating phones.
