Plumeria!!! She's a pokemon! An Aromatisse specifically, incase you didn't know, or couldn't tell somehow, though I'll admit yes it's not a pokemon everyone would know about, they're incredibly unpopular. Aromatisse actually has a 50 / 50 gender split surprisingly considering their very bold effeminate design, the case for many similar pokemon! Game freak loves drag queens, you just know it! But yes Plume goes by female pronouns, I should clarify, same as I do.
