Air travel in the U.S. is a complete disaster these days and keeps getting worse. I feel like every domestic trip my wife or I have taken on lately has had *at best* a 50/50 chance of going as planned. Enshittification is rampant everywhere, but perhaps nowhere else more than air travel. It’s sad.

I think what’s making Dolly’s death hit so hard was just how much of a force for Good she was in the world. Never heard anyone say they had a bad interaction with her. She was always so gracious, kind, and generous, and wanted to leave the world a better place than she found it.
