Does anyone know if there's a name for that thing where you don't practice or even think about a trained skill for a couple weeks or so and then come back to it later and that first time back you do it better than you did while you were in a more practiced state? Has anyone else experienced this?

My grief has gotten better but I still have moments once in a while. I have so many pics & videos of him. Everything I have is either him sleeping or being very happy. All these captured memories remind me of how good of a life I was able to give him & that helps console me.
Alas, I still miss him.

I have no idea why anyone would use the AI youtube thumbnails. Putting literally every problematic issue aside, they just LOOK LIKE FUCKING DOGSHIT!
Like, how can anyone look at them and just be like, "yeah, this looks good!". I've started just blocking channels that use them on sight.

After many years, on and off, of studying French and being more serious about it in the past couple of years, it does feel good to be setting yearly language goals and meeting them. I still have a ways to go before I am probably actually happy with my French, but we're getting there 🙌

Why is it that a vast amount of it I ever see just seems to be so... fucking.... wet and sopping with gravy or some other thin sauce?
It's not even like a glaze, dip, or sauce to go w/ a meal. We're taking aggressively wet!
