I'm sorry another business is closing but 'tragic loss'? What's tragic is what's happening in-hospitals, schools, the way we treat our homeless etc.

This is capitalism working. When people lose their jobs or have no job security, of course they don't spend money in cafes, restaurants, and bars.

This makes so much sense. Anatomy was an exercise in brute memorization until I first saw surgery being performed. It was only then I understood how knowledge of anatomy directly enabled making a positive difference to a person.
