Emily has been treated disgracefully by the Labour Party for a while. I wrote about how they sabotaged her standing in the general election. They would rather have another Conservative than a trans person in parliament.

ACTION THIS DAY…

It takes only a few seconds, and we in the trans community will be needing the ECHR to undo much of the damage that has been done to us.

I think we need trans organisations like @tacc.org.uk, @transactualuk.bsky.social, @translucent.org.uk, etc. to make preparations. To write to clinics which we use advising them that getting a “diagnosis” is nearing impossible in the UK and advising the clinics to make reasonable adjustments.

Phrases like “protecting women’s spaces” or “defending women’s rights” carry deep rhetorical weight. They sound grounded in decades of movement work, yet beneath the surface, the objective is not protection - it's discrimination.

We’ve written to the UK Supreme Court with a formal complaint about its permanent “The Law and Us” exhibition and its presentation of For Women Scotland
