It's great to hear the new trains on TransPennine Express will deliver independent boarding for more passengers.

We need step-free access to the platform and level boarding everywhere so disabled passengers can travel with ease and confidence, instead of having to wait for Passenger Assistance.

Disabled Motoring UK's Baywatch campaign is open until the end of September. Whether you're popping in for a pint of milk or doing the Big Shop, you can fill in the survey each time you shop at one of the big 6 supermarkets.

At Transport for All, disabled people come together to shape what better transport looks like and make sure our voices are heard where decisions are made.

Could your experience, judgement and ideas help us take that work further?

Everyone wants to feel valued and respected by the people around them, but Disabled people are facing hostility.

Disabled leader Mik Scarlet has been sharing what needs to change, to make a society where we're all included and valued for who we are.

Being a trustee isn’t just about what you bring. It’s about being part of something you care about.

Our trustees help Transport for All stay rooted in disabled people’s experiences and focused on breaking down the barriers to our freedom to travel.

Public transport should give us all the freedom to get where we need to go, when we need to. Removing time restrictions on disabled people’s bus passes is progress, but the pass only works if the whole journey works.

This month we’ll be looking at what's still to do on our long list!

We all need the freedom to travel without worrying that transport will fail us. It means we can say “yes” to life.

For many disabled people in the UK, that’s not our reality. Transport for All exists to break down barriers so we can all make the journeys we want. Learn more: https://bit.ly/4rZowmd

Thank you for being a tireless advocate on this issue @tomgordonld.bsky.social !!

This is such great news, but we're sad we won't be getting a photo op with your cut out at Parliament 📸
🥳 WE DID IT! 👏

🚌 My fantastic team ordered these giant cut-out frames for our parliamentary drop-in campaigning to scrap disabled bus pass time restrictions - and now it’s happening.

⏰ Disabilities don’t start at 9am, neither should disabled bus passes - and soon, they won’t!

Breaking news! The Government has announced that from April 2027, disabled people across England will be able to use our bus passes 24 hours a day.

We've been campaigning with others to lift time restrictions for a while now, and are proud to be part of that movement for change.
