Too many contract faculty are hired term-to-term, paid less than their peers for the same teaching, & denied benefits. That instability affects faculty and students. Faculty working conditions are student learning conditions.

Ontario’s universities have the lowest per-student funding of any province in Canada. The provincial government can address this embarrassing gap by funding our universities at $11.75 for the next 5 years.
