I’m angry. A high school student on an e-bike was hit and killed by a drunk driver on the main road right outside our sub last night. I’ve been dreading this all summer, because the traffic regulation in our area is practically nil and a bunch of parents gave their kids e-bikes this year.

Should we be concerned that Kash Patel removed the "no bestiality" clause in the FBI employment standards, and that he's on the senate floor claiming that he was just looking out for *victims* who were forced to do bestiality? I don't know much about bestiality, but that's an oddly specific move.

Not to be the neighborhood karen, but WHO is giving all the kids in our HOA electric dirt bikes?? We walked down to the greenspace so the 10yo could practice soccer, and there were three kids riding around on the grass and doing wheelies on the street. Our poor dog thought it was the end of days.

It's crazy how the news coverage is "Trump promised to give everybody $5K if Republicans win the midterms, but WHERE'S THAT MONEY GONNA COME FROM, HUH?" and not, "The President is openly trying to buy an election, maybe we should do something about that."

My husband and I are on a war movie kick. We’ve watched Hacksaw Ridge, Black Hawk Down, Saving Private Ryan, and we’re in the middle of Band of Brothers. I will now take questions on my opinions about said movies, because I definitely have some.

Anecdotally, I am just not seeing a "birth dearth." At least around here, I know so many women who are pregnant or have a newborn, both first-time moms and women having their third, fourth or more. I was in line at Costco today and saw *three* brand-new babies.
