Did not buy enough paper bags for my groceries at Aldi. Good thing I have approx 700 bags in the back of my car that I keep forgetting to drop off at the recycling bins. Last time I drove around with them about six months before I finally remembered. Can you relate @missypurcell.bsky.social 😆🤪.

I recently spoke with the @apnews.com Collin Binkley for this story about harmful and untrue statements made by the president about people with dyslexia. I am grateful for journalists who shine a light on the truth and for the resiliency of our children with dyslexia!

We came, we saw, we SAID DYSLEXIA! Dyslexia Day at the capitol had a HUGE turnout; we filled the Capitol stairs and spilled over into the second floor! Thank you to all the legislators who stopped by to #SayDyslexia and talk about #LiteracyandJusticeforAll with us!

#SB93 made it though the Rules committee today and will head to the senate floor for a vote on Thursday!! Vote YES #GApol and eliminate harmful 3 cueing programs in Georgia! Let’s get this bill through on crossover day and then do it all again in the House!!

GA #HB307 passed the House Education Committee with overwhelming support yesterday! Next stop: Appropriations and then a full House vote! We are still watching, waiting and advocating for #SB93 to be passed out of the committee on the Senate side of things!
