Wait what
A US Air Force C-17 Globemaster III, callsign RCH4555, landed at Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport this morning, FlightRadar24 data shows. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said he had no information about the aircraft and that no meetings with US administration officials are planned this week. #Russia

This may turn out to be one of the most photographed cars on the Internet, like the Roupell Street Citroens, but I don’t think I’ve seen it before. Whoever owns it and presumably daily drives it in Clerkenwell, you, madam or sir, are a hero #weirdcarBS #spotted

What Will Russia's Military Look Like After the Ukraine War?
The last four years have seen Russia suffer equipment and manpower losses in Ukraine that far exceed those of any other major military power in a conventional.

Zelenskyy will be remembered as one of the great political manoeuvrers. He is head and shoulders above most contemporary politicians in terms of his ability to put Ukraine at the heart of policy decisions, and I’m here for it.
Zelenskyy: Europe needs more anti-ballistic defense. Together, we can build such a system. Ukraine is ready to deliver its part: the anti-ballistic missile. We are now finalizing it. It is important to confirm politically that FREYJA is our common project, in the interests of all of Europe. 🧵 1/

I’m sure this was the premise of a throwaway bit on AIOTM (AIOTM!) @herring1967.bsky.social
"We’ve been missing the boat by characterizing Trump as breaching ethical standards," writes @rbreich.bsky.social.

"Trump isn’t unethical. He’s non-ethical. He isn’t immoral. He’s amoral."

One of the reasons that present day right wing politics is so intolerable is that everyone involved in producing, editing and publishing this take knows that it's bullshit, and if circumstances demanded they would all argue precisely the opposite way without blinking an eye.

Rach's new-to-us Fiat 500C has an ancient TomTom installation which I'm trying to resurrect.

After a few hours of playing about with different cables I've got it talking to the PC and I was amused to see its name.

Never change, Fiat, never change 😂

Love this. NHS following some of the smarter PMI firms who’ve done this for a while eg Vitality. Obesity costs NHS £500 per person per year, so if they spend £50 per person per year to reduce it by £100 they’re quids in
🚨 NEW: The NHS will reward people who walk for 30 minutes a day with discounts and vouchers from next year
