We finally have a thunderstorm brewing here and i'm loving every last bit of it.
At Christmas I started jogging to work on my cardio, and be more outside. First target was 5KM, which happened in March.
Since then, I started working towards a sub 30min run. The first of many (hopefully) happened this morning. 🥳🥳

Sat here looking at this statue while I wait for my train.
Brussels was lots of fun. Been to many museums, walked quite a bit through the city. Enjoyed the food, the drinks, and the Xmas markets.
Not as bad as people made it out to be.
Time to plan for 2026 ☺️

Been trying out recipes to cook my parents for Christmas eve (I'm incredibly novice when it comes to cooking 😳). Tonight I think i locked in my first course and third course. A home made tomato soup and a homemade biscoff cheesecake.

It socks that I'll realistically not achieve my weight goal this year, but at the end of the day, life moves on.
Important thing is to not get stuck in this mindset and to get back on the gains path ASAP 💪🏻
