Western Europe specifically. Russia mashing up Chechnya and Dagestan were fine. Ukraine borders Poland which borders Germany so that was unacceptable and Cyprus has NATO fighting itself. The Balkans was in-between involvement for an in-between conflict.

White people's main lessons from the World Wars were; that if they fight among themselves the darkies will gain independence, fascism is fine as long as white capital is unaffected and that (proxy) wars where tens of millions die are fine as long as they do not occur in Europe or North America.
