Another crash. This one potentially impacts my work commute. It's at a dangerous intersection where merging drivers accelerate & try to merge across 2 lanes of traffic, navigating a bend, so that they can take a business-district exit.
It's been dangerous forever! Speeding just makes it worse.

We allow our patients to get items brought in from home. Instead of adhering to a strict set of guidelines far too many exceptions are made and that eventually comes back to bite us in the ass. Communication and consistency need to be improved! Don't make me the bad guy. 🤬 #NotMyCircus #NotMyMonkeys

Mom: Chicken carbonara sub with fries.
Plus I get a slice Oreo Cookie Cake for my special day. Mom didn't want any dessert. She likes Tiramisu, but not for $5.50!

Finally got the north-facing front yard camera securely mounted and working. I found one of the original mounting brackets while cleaning, so hopefully this one is now very securely. The 3D-printed mounting brackets are inferior to the original parts.

Yesterday the water dispenser in the refrigerator stopped working. This could've been because I maxed out the temperature while putting groceries away and forgot to change it back. I replaced the filter but no water last night. Probably calling the repair guy today. I don't drink unfiltered water.

Getting the TENS unit setup for more shock therapy to my glutes, hamstrings, mid/lower back and calves. I'm going to light up like a Christmas tree! 🎄 👀🙄🤣🤣🤣🤣

I'm using a pair of orthotics I purchased on Amazon. Foot and leg pain seem reduced. I think I'll eventually need custom orthotics. I know they'll be expensive, but clearly worth it. I've lived with supination since childhood. I don't know if I'll go to Good Feet or just a podiatrist.

I am so not impressed with an expensive pair of 3D-printed UniFi G4 Instant camera mounting brackets purchased from eBay. In just one day, the tabs on both brackets have sheared off rendering then all but useless. I've messaged the seller, but doubt they'll do anything. They could surprise me.

Just heard about a colleague testing positive for COVID - two days ago. Great! The incubation period is 2 to 14 days with an average of 5.6 days. I'll have to monitor for symptoms through 9/22. 🙄😱😷

How is this not bribery? It's also something that needs congressional approval. America generally disapproves of Trump's performance so it's a bit late to try to bait voters with a "trump dividend" that's unlikely to materialize or do much against the economic shock of his policies!

Yesterday was not my day for self care. I couldn't even think about doing stretching exercises after work due to severe cramps in my legs. I don't know if this is a response to stretching on Monday (first time), but today I feel better (at least for now) and I took an Aleve earlier. Check back at 5!

Achy and stuffed up today. Doesn't feel like the usual "cold," but needless to say, I'm ready for it to be Friday. I (tentatively) have Monday off for my birthday and I just need things to be low-key for sure. My legs were very achy this morning - cramped up. I used the massage gun for some relief.

As of today I am 23.3 pounds away from my lowest weight of 261.8 on 11/12/2018. I was last around 284 on 08/10/2020, so I've been at this for some time; much of it being in a yo-yo fashion.
