Stede's heartbeat follows Ed into his happiest dreams. They'll wake up with a chorus of popped joints and stretch groans, but it's their beat. Their harmony. #OurFlagMeansDeath #ofmd
Drawing of Ed and Stede from Our Flag Means Death. They're both sleeping on their stomachs. Ed is sleeping on Stede's back. Stede's night shirt is rucked up around his waist, exposing his butt. But Ed's arm is covering up most of it.

If Shonda Rhimes ever gets to work with these actors, it’s a WRAP. We’re all gonna have to check ourselves into padded rooms. #HeatedRivalry

Happy 2026 my OFMD babes (gn) 💜

Silhouettes of Ed and Stede in a snowy landscape at sunset. The sky is blue, orange, and pink, and there are trees in the background. It's snowing, and you can see the breath, which is blooming into a heart shape. The words "Cheers to 2026" are in the lower right corner of the illustration.

Here's a look back on some of the various Eds and Stedes I drew this year! My goal last year was to draw more Stedes - and I accomplished that goal 🙌🏻

Looking forward to another year of practice drawing them (and maybe some hockey boys too) 🥰💜✨

Last drawing of 2025! This year has been a tough one. The ups and downs were sharp corners and left many bumps n scrapes. But this community was a constant source of happiness, of perspective, and inspiration. Here's a pensive Ed to wrap up this dickfuck of a year. 🧡 🧡

"You'll be visited by three spirits."

The three spirits:
a trio of Rhys Darby pics where he is posing on a throne with his legs crossed and a smug expression on his face. the left pic is him as Steve from the show Wrecked. the middle pic is him as Stede from Our Flag Means Death. the right pic is him as himself, wrapped in a fur robe in front of a tree with fairy lights.
