We had just gone a decade with only PlayStation games and tapes of Romero movies for our zombie media, and the Walking Dead oversaturation era was years away

Finally watched Miracle Mile, one of the seminal films of the "guy in suit has a really bad night on the streets" canon. What a great cast; the character actor power levels in the diner alone are off the charts.

I spent Saturday night playing Binding of Isaac: Four Souls with the 8 year old. We didn't get super far because the game has so darn many cards that we kept hitting veins of poor or non-shuffling, but I knew he would get a kick out of looking through the monster deck.

I don't understand how Steam can be so puritanical about serious indie games that engage with topics of human sexuality, yet when I played the demo of a Japanese body horror shmup with the "nudity" tag one time, I was immediately inundated with dozens of recommendations for AI jerk-off games.
